I’m hearing “hey girl!, I’m glad you were in my life, yeah I understood!”, I’m seeing a blue bowl being knocked over, she used to have real food scraps snuck to her she wanted the real food, I see you sitting outside while she’s laying in your lap, rubbing her head and ears I hear “you’re the only one who understands”, she recalls you always checking out the window whenever it was bad weather, I’m getting barking at animals then rolling of the eyes in annoyance, left side of my stomach feels nauseous, I asked how she passed I heard hair and something sharp like fur hairball

Confirmation: His name was Robert but he was called Bob! So B name is significant. I watched all dogs go to heaven soooo much when I was a kid. The book part is huge.
